Jupiter-Venus Conjunction Necklace

$455.00

Like Venus and Jupiter meeting up in the night sky.

Star gaze into the evening sky at dusk and watch as Jupiter and Venus move closer and closer to each other until they appear to sit side by side. Although these conjunctions occur every one or two years, there's always something magical about the pairing. Venus appears first in the sky as the sun is setting, with Jupiter coming into view shortly thereafter. Despite being 12 times smaller than Jupiter, Venus appears brighter because it's the second closet planet to the Sun, sitting next to Earth.

An absolutely luscious, ultra-rare Cat’s Eye Morganite represents Venus in relation to celestial blue color representing Jupiter. This gorgeous Morganite displays a diagonal band of light that moves across the pink stone. At different brightnesses of light, the line doubles and sometimes triples, over semi-translucent pale pink to bubblegum that appears lavender pink at some angles. The Star Sapphire displays saturated deep ultra-marine blue with a crisp, six-pointed star. "Jupiter" is set below "Venus" in lightly oxidized silver and joined in the close conjunction they appear in the night sky.

Jupiter-Venus Conjunction Necklace hangs a chain of oxidized sterling silver measuring 21.25" long with a handmade hook and eye closure adjustable up to 2". The pendant measures 1.5" in total height.

The Cat’s Eye Morganite measures H .5625" x W .5" x D .375" and is all natural and untreated from Brazil. The Star Sapphire measures H .3125" x W .3125" x D .125" and is all natural and untreated from Myanmar.

Cat’s Eye Morganite is extremely rare in Morganite caused by rows of parallel tube-like inclusions within the gem which reflect light as a narrow band as it travels over the domed surface of this incredible pink gem. Star Sapphire is a rare variety of Corundum displaying asterism; a six-rayed star that shimmers over the surface of the gemstone when it's moved. These three rays of light that make up the star are said to symbolize trust, hope and destiny. A powerful guiding star talisman for travelers, explorers, and seekers of all varieties.

Note: these photos were taken from my office window on June 9, 2026. In subsequent nights, Venus appears directly above Jupiter

Morganite, also known as Rose Beryl, comes from the Beryl family, which also includes Emerald and Aquamarine, and owes its pink color to the presence of Manganese. The gem is named after JP Morgan, an American businessman and avid gem enthusiast that lived during the Gilded Age.
