Circle, square, triangle: ephemeral, enduring, and symbolic. Bold triangles of metal etched by heat and pressure creating these striking and unusual grid-like patterns. As the meteorite made its fiery journey through the Earth's atmosphere, the intense friction and extreme temperatures stretched the nickel, iron, and iridium (among other metals) to create this curious yet beautiful pattern. At the base of each triangle is an uncanny square formation lending even more interest to these completely unique and one of a kind extraterrestrial earrings. Different metallic surfaces from grainy, satiny matte, to high polished catch the light and change with every movement.
Round, softly iridescent Topaz accents glow atop each earring evoking the sun and/or moon sitting atop a pyramid. The meteorites are handset in open-backed silver for lightness (see last photo for image of earring back).

The Mystic Topaz measures H .4375" x W .4375" x D .25" and is vapor coated from Brazil.
The Aletai Meteorites measure H 1" x W 1.125" x D .1875" and are all natural from Outer Space and found in Xinjiang, China.
